1 Pool Sessions

Y-Paddle’s weekly pool sessions are held in the Central YMCA pool every Monday from 8.30pm to 10pm (except Bank Holidays and other pool closures).

2 Introductory Courses

Y-Paddle runs three 5-week introductory courses a year, usually starting in February, May and October.
The course will take you from a complete beginner to BCU 1 or 2-Star level. It involves 5 pool sessions, voluntary (though recommended) outdoor sessions, and an outdoor examination.

3 Outdoor Sessions

Some of our members also paddle outdoors on the West Reservoir in Stoke
Newington/Hackney on Tuesday evenings (in the summer) and on Sunday
mornings.
We also join Chiswick Pier Canoe Club for Sunday morning paddles
on the Thames - these take place every week in the summer and on some
Sunday’s during the winter months.
