Social Paddle, Harefield
We’ve a social paddle planned for Sunday 11th July.
Harefield is to the west of London, just inside the M25 and where we paddle is pleasant rural canal, with a section of moving water for those who want to explore paddling on moving water.
The plan is to meet at the Y at 9.30am
Load boats and kit onto/into cars.
Leave the Y soon after 10.
Get to Harefield (our destination) soon after 11.
Get on the water well before 12 (hopefully at about 11.30).
Paddle for about an hour and half or two hours (as the mood takes us).
Get off and retire to the pub for lunch.
Get back to the Y before 5pm. (Maybe even by 4)
We urgently need to know:
A) Who is coming
B) Who has cars, and will bring them
C) Who has roof racks on their cars for transporting boats
